All of our trees are grafted to order. Trees purchased in Spring 2026 will be grafted during the growing season and will be ready for pickup in Fall 2026.
This process allows us to grow healthy young trees while preserving heirloom varieties.

The Wolf River is a legendary American heirloom known for producing enormous apples — often weighing a pound or more. Mildly sweet with low acidity and bright white flesh, this variety is famous for baking. Its large slices hold their shape beautifully in pies and crisps.
Discovered in Wisconsin in the 1800s, Wolf River trees are hardy, vigorous growers with reliable production and strong cold tolerance.
